FAQ & support

Bloom Realms is in testing. This page covers the Android test build: installing it, keeping it up to date, and where your farm is kept.

Last updated 27 September 2026

The download on this site is a test build for playtesters. Balance and content still change between builds, and store releases come later.

Installing the test build

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open this site and tap Download the test build.
  2. When the download finishes, open the file from the notification or your Downloads folder.
  3. Android asks for permission to install apps from your browser the first time. Allow it for that one app (Settings → Apps → your browser → Install unknown apps), then go back and tap Install.
  4. Open Bloom Realms. Your farm starts on the first run; there is nothing to sign up for.

Updating

The game can update itself. Open Settings in the game and tap Check for Update (the first time, Allow Install lets the game hand a new build to Android). A newer test build downloads, then Install Update installs it. You can also download the build from this site again and install it over the old one.

An update keeps your save. Do not uninstall the game first — uninstalling deletes the farm with it.

Your save

Where is my farm saved?

On your device: the whole farm lives in the app's own storage on the phone or tablet you play on. The Google Play version can also keep a copy in Google Play Games (Settings → Cloud save) when you are signed in there. There is no Bloom Realms account.

Can I move my farm to another device?

With the Google Play version, yes: sign in to Google Play Games on both devices, and the new one offers the cloud save when it is further along (or use Settings → Cloud save → Restore). Gems you bought on the new device come with you. Otherwise, Android's own backup may bring the save across when you set up a new phone with the same Google account.

I uninstalled the game. Can I get my farm back?

If the Google Play version backed it up to Google Play Games, reinstall, sign in and restore it from Settings → Cloud save; otherwise only if Android's backup kept a copy. We hold no copy of any save, so we cannot restore it for you.

Playing

Which devices does it run on?

Android 8.0 or newer, on phones and tablets. The download is several hundred megabytes; the exact size is shown next to the download button.

Do I need to be online?

No. The game plays offline. It only goes online to check for, and download, a newer test build.

Why does the map change with the seasons?

The world follows your device's calendar and clock: spring from March, summer from June, autumn from September and winter from December, with sunset at five and night from six.

Does it cost anything?

The game is free to play. The test build on this site sells nothing: its Gem Shop says gem packs are sold in the Google Play version, where optional gem packs can be bought through Google Play.

How does Recruit work?

Recruit is paid for with tickets you earn in the game — from quest chests, gifts, Garden Levels and the Market. The odds of every prize are published on the Recruit rates page.

What are the notifications for?

Reminders the game sets on your device — a pen ready to collect, a gift box refilled. You can switch them off in the game's settings or in Android's.

Reporting a bug or getting help

See Support, or email [email protected] — tell us your device, which build you are on, and what happened; a screenshot helps most.
