Privacy Policy
Bloom Realms is built to keep your farm on your own device. This policy explains what the game and this website do with information, on every platform the game is offered on.
Last updated 27 September 2026
In short: Bloom Realms has no account and does not collect personal information. It shows no ads, uses no analytics or tracking, and does not sell or share your information. Your game is saved on your device, and the Google Play version can keep a copy in Google Play Games for you.
1. Who we are
Bloom Realms is published by THANH PHONG SOLUTIONS COMPANY LIMITED (“Thanh Phong Solutions”, “we”, “us”), which is responsible for the information described here.

2. What this policy covers
- the Bloom Realms game on Android (Google Play, and the test build downloaded from this website), on iPhone and iPad (App Store), and on PC (Steam), wherever it is offered;
- this website, bloomrealms.com;
- messages you send us.
The store you get the game from — Google, Apple or Valve — runs its own services under its own privacy policy. This policy covers what we do.
3. The game
3.1 Information that stays on your device
Everything the game remembers is kept in its own storage on your device:
- your farm, units, items, progress and settings;
- the Bloomkeeper look you choose when you start (one of two characters — not a name or a photo);
- a short record of recent battles (mode, stage, result, length) that the game uses on the device to keep its balance in check. It is not sent to us or anyone else.
We cannot see any of it. Deleting the game deletes it. Your device's own backup — Android backup with your Google account, iCloud, or Steam Cloud where the game supports it — may keep a copy under your account with that provider and restore it later; that copy is held by the provider under your settings with them, not by us.
3.2 What we do not collect
- no account of ours, and no name, email address or other contact details (the Google Play version can sign in to Google Play Games for its cloud save; that sign-in is Google's — see 3.5);
- no advertising and no advertising identifier;
- no analytics, tracking or crash-reporting services, and no third-party SDKs that collect data for us (the Google Play version uses Google's own Play Billing and Play Games libraries for 3.4 and 3.5);
- no location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or files outside the game's own storage;
- no information about other apps on your device.
3.3 The test build's update check (website download only)
The Android test build offered on this website can check bloomrealms.com for a newer build and download it. That request carries nothing from your game — only what any download carries: your device's IP address and a standard user-agent (Android version and device model). Builds from Google Play, the App Store or Steam are updated by the store instead and do not make this check.
3.4 Purchases
Where the game offers in-game purchases, they are made through the store you got the game from — Google Play, the App Store or Steam — and paid for with your account there. The store processes the payment; we never receive your card or bank details. To give you what you bought, the game receives the store's confirmation of the purchase (such as the product, an order or transaction identifier and the time), which it keeps on your device with your save so the same purchase is never credited twice. Refunds and payment disputes are handled by the store under its own terms.
On Google Play, before the game credits a purchase it can ask bloomrealms.com to confirm it with Google. That request carries the product and Google's purchase token — no name, account or payment details — and our server passes them to Google's Play Developer API and returns Google's answer. We do not store the token; like any request, it reaches our server with your device's IP address, which ordinary server logs may keep for a short time.
3.5 Store and platform features
If a version of the game uses a store's own features — for example Steam achievements or Steam Cloud saves — those features run through your account with that store and under its privacy policy. We will list any such feature here before a version that uses it is released.
Google Play Games cloud save (Google Play version). If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the game keeps a copy of your save there: it is uploaded when you leave the game, after a purchase, and when you tap Back up now in Settings, and it is offered back to you on a new device. The copy holds your farm and progress, a one-line summary (Garden Level and stages cleared) and your playing time, and it is stored by Google under your Play Games account and Google's privacy policy; we do not receive it. You can see or delete it in the Google Play Games app or your Google account settings. Signing in is optional and the game can be played without it. While you are signed in, the game reads your Play Games name and player ID to show in Settings who is signed in; they stay on your device and are not sent to us.
3.6 Permissions
- Notifications — reminders the game schedules on your device (a pen ready, a gift box refilled). They are created on the device; we send no push notifications.
- Run at startup (Android) — to set those reminders again after the device restarts.
- Vibration (Android) — for feedback during play.
- Internet and network state — for the update check in 3.3, and for store purchases where offered.
- Install apps (website test build only) — so the updater can hand a new build to Android, which asks you before anything installs.
4. This website
- We use no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and set no cookies for visitors.
- Our servers, and the content delivery network in front of them, keep standard technical logs (IP address, time, page or file requested, browser user-agent) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We keep them for no longer than 90 days unless needed to investigate an incident.
- A sign-in area exists for our own staff only; it sets cookies only for staff who sign in.
5. When you contact us
If you email us, we use your email address and what you write to answer you and to fix what you report. We keep the correspondence for up to three years after the conversation ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
6. Why we may process information
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation, Vietnam's personal data protection law, or a similar law applies, we rely on:
- our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the game and the website (server logs, bug reports);
- performance of our agreement with you (delivering a purchase, answering a support request);
- compliance with legal obligations (for example, records we must keep).
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. The only parties that handle information on our behalf are our hosting and content-delivery providers (for the website) and our email provider (for correspondence), under agreements that limit them to providing that service. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people's safety or our rights.
8. International transfers
We are based in Vietnam and our providers may operate in other countries. Where information you send us leaves your country, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Security
The website is served over HTTPS and access to our systems is restricted to the staff who need it. Because the game keeps your save on your device, its security is also that of your device — keep it locked and up to date.
10. Children
Bloom Realms is made for a general audience. It does not ask anyone — child or adult — for personal information and collects none. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it. In-game purchases, where offered, go through the store, whose parental controls apply.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to withdraw consent. Because the game keeps no personal information on our side, the information we may hold about you is only what is described in sections 3.3, 4 and 5.
- Deleting your data: delete the game from your device to remove everything it stored, and remove any backup or cloud-save copy through your Google, Apple or Steam account settings. To have our correspondence with you deleted, email us.
- Notifications: switch them off in the game's settings or your device's settings.
- Californian residents: we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA/CPRA defines those terms, and we do not use sensitive personal information.
To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
12. Changes to this policy
If the game or the website starts to handle information in a new way — a new feature, a new platform, a new service provider — we will update this policy before that change reaches you, and change the date at the top. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent first.
13. Contact
Questions about this policy or your information: [email protected], or write to us at the address in section 1.
